As the world slowly returns to a new normal, the safety of our members is our highest priority. eSuites has put in place several health and safety precautions that we require our members to follow. The disruptions to your day-to-day activities are minimal, and they will put your mind at ease as you return to work.
Enhanced Sanitization
At eSuites, you will share common spaces with other business professionals. Commonly touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, are sanitized by our staff regularly. Our fully stocked kitchen is also cleaned on a regular basis, and we ask that our members use sanitizing wipes on any surface they have touched.
Our professional conference rooms for rent are cleaned and sanitized after each use. We have also removed seating from the conference rooms to allow social distancing. Should you need additional seating, please get in touch with our representative. We have larger conference rooms for rent in Palm Beach County to accommodate larger groups.
Air Purification Systems
eSuites has spared no expense in maintaining the safety of our members. We have installed air purifiers throughout the building that kill 99.97% of airborne contaminants. Not only are these air purifiers keeping you safe from airborne diseases, but they are also effective at the following:
- Reducing asthma attacks
- Absorbing unpleasant odors
- Removing harmful chemicals, such as radon or volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
Coworking Spaces
The desks within our coworking spaces have been moved 6 feet apart from one another. Our members are required to wear masks on the premises, even while sitting in a coworking space. eSuites not only features coworking spaces, but we also have private offices for rent as well. If a private office is available, you have the option of setting up in there rather than working from the coworking space.
We have conveniently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the building. Please use the hand sanitizer liberally and alert our representatives if the hand sanitizer stations are empty. Any members who are ill should remain home until they are free of symptoms. This helps control the spread of seasonal illnesses throughout the facility.
